            SHORT STAFFING: Members have encountered situations in which they have been understaffed, jeopardizing the safety of their patients. In order to protect their patients and their nursing license, members have completed JNESO’s short staffing form, and in some cases have been penalized or threatened by a manager or supervisor. JNESO has submitted a ULP addressing this issue to ensure that you have the support you need to protect the safety of your patients as well as your own license.
