Inclement Weather Article 23 states: In the event of inclement weather, (snow, hurricane, etc) which an individual employee reasonably feels it is either unsafe or extremely difficult to come into work, they may avail themselves a sick/personal day or vacation time at the employee’s request. If the weather condition improves, an employee who desires to work the remainder of her/his scheduled shift may do so with the approval of the Employer.
